Great news - all FurBox's are personalised! Every FurBox is delievered personaly to your dog and also includes a personalised giftcard with your dog's name on it. If you have a fussy pooch that doesn't like certain foods let us know and we will do our best to accomodate. Also if there is anything else that you have in mind that would make your FurBox extra special we will be more than happy to help.

Of course! When ordering your FurBox please include your required delivery date in the 'Special Requests' box. We will make sure it is delivered before this date.

Delivery is free to all mainland UK addresses and takes 3-5 days to arrive. Left it a bit tight? No worries! Order before 3pm & select next day delivery at the checkout. Please note this costs a little extra but your FurBox is guaranteed to be with you on time for when you need it.

All puppies over 6 months old are safe to enjoy a FurBox. If your puppy is younger than this and you can't resist waiting for a FurBox please get in touch and we will make everything in your FurBox suitable for your pups age.
